A menu to take care of yourself and enjoy the gastro…

Eating well requires a preparation with healthy products, we propose the following recipes.

Advertising - Keep reading under 1 Cheese and tomato cake

INGREDIENTS:- 400 gr of tomatoes
- 250 gr of cream cheese
- 120 gr of crackers
- 2 natural yogurts
- 1 egg
- extra virgin olive oil
- 30 gr of butter
- sage.

Preheat the oven to 180º. With a roller, crush the cookies to reduce them to crumbs. Put them in a bowl, add the butter and work with your hands to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Spread the inside of a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture inside, so that it covers the entire bottom.

In another bowl put the cheese, The yogurts and the egg. Mix with the blender for a few seconds and pour into the mold. Bake 40 min. When the surface begins to brown, remove and let it cool.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds and immerse them in ice water to peel them well. Spray them with a thread of oil and serve them with the cake. Garnish with sage leaves.

2 Cod with mushrooms, leeks and bacon

INGREDIENTS:- 800 gr of fresh cod
- 150 gr of mushroom hives
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 fresh leeks
- extra virgin olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt

Preheat the oven to 180º. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Clean the leeks and cut them into slices. In a pan suitable for the oven put 3 tablespoons of olive oil, add the bacon and brown until crispy. Take it out and reserve.

Add leeks to the casserole cut and keep them on fire for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cut the bacon into small pieces and reserve. When the leeks are poached, remove the casserole from the heat. Cut the cod in loins and salt and pepper.

Place them in the casserole on the leeks. Add the mushrooms and sprinkle with a thread of oil. Bake 10 minutes. At the time of placing, place the leeks and mushrooms as a garnish and, next to it, the fish. Decorate the cod with the chopped bacon and the chopped chives.

3 Panna cotta with red fruits

INGREDIENTS:- 200 gr of blackberry puree

- 12 raspberries
- 12 blackberries
- 5 gr of dehydrated raspberries
- 190 gr of sugar
- 2 yolks
- 2 dl whole milk
- 4 dl of liquid cream
- 15 gr of neutral jelly
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger.

Preheat the oven to 180º. In a saucepan, heat 3 dl of cream, milk, blackberry puree, 60 gr of sugar and gelatin.

Mix, pour into a silicone mold and put it in the fridge to solidify. In another saucepan, put the rest of the cream and the spoonful of grated ginger, and let it simmer 15 min. Strain and put back to the fire. Add 30 grams of sugar and the two yolks, and keep on a low heat while stirring until it thickens. Remove and reserve.

On a baking paper spread 100 gr of sugar and bake 5 min. Take out, sprinkle the dehydrated raspberries on top, cover with another baking paper and roll over the roller to break it. Serve the jelly with the ginger cream, the crunchy caramel and some red berries.
