One of the things that bothered me most when I started to follow a diet (and that made me fail in the attempt), was the fact of having to put aside chocolate. Because, let's face it, who can resist such delight? Life is too short to deprive us of this sweet pleasure.
So, instead of giving up, I looked for alternatives. Would there be some way to prepare my own chocolate cream healthy? Of course yes.
The key was found in two of my favorite fruits: banana and avocado.
Sounds good, right? Well, it tastes even better. And best of all, it won't take you more than 5 minutes to do it. Do you dare to try it?
- 1 avocado
- 1 large banana
- 2 tablespoons ground pure cocoa
- 4 tablespoons almond or oat milk
- 1 tablespoon brown cane sugar
- Dark chocolate chips to decorate (optional)
In a bowl, add the previously chopped banana, avocado, cocoa, sugar and milk. Then use the electric mixer until you have a homogeneous mass.
Finally, pour the cream into a glass jar, and decorate with the dark chocolate chips. Store it in the fridge for a couple of hours, and enjoy!
