A working corner in the living room: Estela López's house (Deco & Living)

It is easy to take care of interior design when you know how to do it. Estela López is the founder of the web Deco & Living and the owner of this house with her husband, Yago. Both were responsible for decorating it. His experience allowed to create a versatile place to live, but also where to work.

The living room is very spacious and diaphanous, with space for a home office, the family dining room and a seating area where you can meet your friends.

For them it is important that the decoration is dynamic, so they love to move the accessories and change the atmosphere of each room to their liking. His idea is to personalize each environment and never give up "surround ourselves with beautiful things, family treasures, memories of the day and special pieces."

It is very nice to work when natural light surrounds you. Here it flows through everything the space shared by the dining room, home office and living room. Roller blinds sift it, avoid prying eyes from the outside and dress the windows. On the dining table, tray and vases, Deco & Living. The pink bowls come from El Almacén de Loza.

Each corner has a detail that reflects the philosophy of life of its owners. They have got a space where they want to be. But how have they done it? Through pictures with messages from Deco & Living -the brand that Estela created-, and pieces vintage acquired in markets, such as the typewriter, of El Rastro.

The connection of the environments is total Thanks to the wooden floor. While the dining room is delimited with a carpet, the work area has the color white as a hallmark.

Natural lighting is key to work, and also the order, hence the storage is organized with a modular system. Shelves, sheets and chair, by Deco & Living. The table is from Ikea.

The shelf makes the space profitable by integrating the table in perpendicular. It is a very light structure visually that receives light from outside throughout the day thanks to its excellent location.
